Uxbridge Autoshow

I've really cut down on the number of 'traditional' park in a field car shows I go to. Haven't been to Uxbridge for a couple of years I guess but it is reasonably local, entrance fees go to good causes and the weather was looking OK so we headed down for a few hours.
I parked next to this, which probably got more attention than anything else throughout the time we were there. It is full of really cool details.
Tastefully modified VWs.
Best actual hubcaps.
Allegros. I particularly liked the one with the bodykit which made it look like a bloated modern car instead of a bloated old car.
Now, I do wonder if the owner of this P6 suffers from hot engine temps
Hang on, they're all at it.
Nice Austin truck. Shame about the fake diamond plate floor mats.
Just add 69
Best Ice Cream van. I'm not actually sure what it is.
FEC
Not sure if the blacked out wheels/caps on this were a povo trim spec?
Re-sprayed but otherwise original Escort.
U R DOIN WHEELS RONG
This looked great on TR7 wheels.
Sitting there in his stripy chair like a boss. That's 'cos he is a boss. He has a PC Cresta ESTATE.
Jonny 6.9
Other than the fact that it is not red, has tyres that are too small and minilights, this is just like the one the Woodwork technician had at school
U R STILL DOIN WHEELS RONG
Smart stripes.
This looked great in is Chrysler parts livery
Phwooar! Near stock S110R
There were A LOT of very low (airbagged) BMWs.
This MGA had a really good old feel.
Look at those losers totally ignoring the magnificent wire wheels on this Escort.
Mini Gem had a row of about ten matching but unmarked switches across the dash. I have been trying to think of ten possible accessories you could fit into it.
Smart Italian tin.
Pretty sure I've photographed this before.
Euro Granada
And that's your lot. Shame the autojumble is a tiny shadow of its former self. The chair I sit on for work consists of a bucket seat I bought there for £1 some years ago cos the chap didn't want to take it home. Probably only about a dozen car related stalls now, and lots of car boot sale tat. Still a decent turn out of cars and the usual variety (and loads of Fords).
