I'm guessing this is Renault 4CV based, going on the wheels. There's no signs of any air intakes for the rear engine though. :?

Correct! 4cv based minicar from Switzerland (see the badge on the grille). I only have pictures of the later restyled version in my files actually, that one looks like this
