I am not sure what's going on here but apparently this was the only A35 pick up imported to Holland.

I'm guessing this is Renault 4CV based, going on the wheels. There's no signs of any air intakes for the rear engine though.

Correct! 4cv based minicar from Switzerland (see the badge on the grille). I only have pictures of the later restyled version in my files actually, that one looks like this
