Well, I had to do something appropriate, but what?

It'd surely be far too much effort for the likes of a forum of such repute to take a photo of my car at Red Lion Square, Holborn at four o'clock in the morning.

So instead, here's a picture of my car parked by Harrison Close in Whetstone, N20 which bears no relationship whatsoever (other than by name) to the celebrated 18th century horologist and recipient, after quite some wrangling, of a portion of the Longitude prize.

Hmm, TIME was running out for me, despite a 13 hour lead on most of the rest of you, so I nipped out to post this:

Image

Not my finest hour but I had to take part in the first photo challenge regardless. Obviously missed a trick since I should've taken the shot at 5:05 but the registration number is 7107, so it's sort of an unintentional play on numbers. Or something.

Jon, you should take photos for Ebay auctions as a sideline, you'd be brilliant at it!

Anyway, here's mine

They say a rolling stone gathers no moss, but apparently a stationary SPC positively attracts the stuff....
Hoow do I go to my thread ? How do I find my forum ? Howdo I go to the page I am typing?

I haven't had time to get a photograph especially for this, so here's one of me and the crew having a pit stop the day I drove the Polo home via the seaside.
